Dom.rf is a finance company based in Russia known for its innovative products in the real estate industry. As a team, we have created several products from scratch, including a real estate marketplace, loan ecosystem, and various types of products for electronic document flow between developers, banks, and the government.

Chulakov is a design studio that creates remarkable and effective products for forward-thinking banks and companies that came to value and share the importance of refined design aesthetic and engineered solutions.

• My goal was to transform design studio thinking into product design approach and surpass in-house design teams.
• Worked on a two big digital design projects in role art-director and design manager
• Worked closely with project managers and developers to get things done on time
• Set up a KPI system based on metrics to improve team motivation with financial rewards and revamped the hiring approach.
• Supported the growth and personal development of almost 20 product designers and UX researchers.
• To improve the level of product thinking in the design teams, I involved all designers in the process of creating new features from the very early stages, including usability testing and production. With clear business goals in mind, we were able to deliver the best products for our clients and increase our Net Promoter Score.

A ride-sharing app began as a small startup and grew into a large company. I joined the company as an art director and, after several years of hard work, was promoted to the head of the department.

I am proud to say that the team I built and nurtured in-house was one of the best in the industry. Their passion and creativity played a significant role in the success of Fasten and Везет.

• Scaled a team from 2 designers to 12, including multidisciplinary motion design, content and SMM design, digital and product design, package design, copywriters, and producers. Co-led all user research processes.
